Longmont’s local craft breweries award-winning breweries each brewed a Monty-inspired beer to introduce Visit Longmont’s new mascot, Monty the Longmonster.
300 Suns Brewing brewed up this Hot Tamales candy inspired beer! Monty’s Monster Mash Red Ale, is brewed with just the right kick of pepper spice, cinnamon and honey. It is cozy, malty, and smooth with a spicy finish. 5.1% ABV 38 IBUs
Longmont Restaurant Week is a 10-day event, Oct 4-13, that highlights Longmont’s vibrant dining scene. This year’s event invites residents and visitors alike to enjoy prix-fixe menus, special offerings, and creative dishes from participating restaurants and craft beverage producers.
Why Attend Longmont Restaurant Week?
This event is about more than just great food—it’s a celebration of Longmont’s unique culinary community, and a chance for us to stretch our culinary skills beyond our delicious burgers and chicken sandwiches.
This year, we’ve done a unique flight of deviled eggs as a starter followed by a steak sandwich featuring an 8oz filet mignon seared and topped with a chipotle lime butter, chimichurri, fontina cheese, crispy onions and crimini mushrooms on a French batard. Pair it with your favorite craft beer—we recommend something clean like the Emmet Otter Jugband Lager!
Thanks to a handy-dandy small canning line we acquired, we’ve been having some fun with some very small batch limited can releases. Brimming with rich flavors and a boozy kick at 9.6% ABV. The velvety essence of cocoa nibs is complemented by the smooth sweetness of vanilla and intertwined with bursts of tart raspberries. Robust alcohol presence adds warmth and depth.
